What if I forget or lose my 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication)?

If you forget your 2FA, here's what to do:

1. Use your backup codes if you have them. These are special codes you should have saved when you set up 2FA.
2. If you don't have backup codes, you need to contact the provider of your 2FA app to gain access to your account.
3. Unchained Music can't reset your 2FA passwords. This is to keep your account safe and secure.
