Distribution, answered.

The things artists usually ask before their first upload. If yours isn't here, talk to us.

How long until my track goes live?

We process your release for delivery in 1 business day. After that, platforms process releases at their own speeds. We strongly suggest setting a release date 3–4 weeks out so everything goes live around the same time. With under two weeks' notice, simultaneous go-live can't be guaranteed.

Do you provide ISRCs?

Use your own UPC and ISRC. If you don't have one, talk to us about your options.

How do splits work?

Assign each collaborator a percentage of a release's royalties and earnings divide automatically as they come in. You keep 100% of your share and withdraw whenever you want.

What audio formats do you accept?

WAV or FLAC, at 44.1kHz, 48kHz, or 96kHz, 16-bit or 24-bit, stereo.

Can I switch from another distributor?

Yes. We migrate your catalog from your current distributor and keep your streaming numbers, playlist placements and followers intact.

Can I distribute remixes or sped-up / slowed versions?

Yes. Remixes, mashups, and sped-up or slowed versions are supported, with the appropriate licensing in place.

Do I keep my rights?

Yes, masters and publishing. Distribution is a service, not a buyout.

Is YouTube / TikTok included?

YouTube audio is included on every tier. Content ID is available from the Grow plan up (20% commission). TikTok delivery is included in standard distribution, subject to content qualifications.

Can I update artwork after release?

Yes. Once a release is live (or if it fails QC), use "edit release" in your dashboard to update it. We don't allow changes between upload and distribution while it's being processed.

What about pre-saves and pre-orders?

Pre-save campaigns are available on Grow and above. Pre-orders for physical product are handled via /vinyl-pressing.

Can I take a release down?

Yes. Request a takedown from your dashboard and we remove the release from stores.

Do you license cover songs?

Yes. Mechanical licensing for covers is handled at $15 per song.
