The background

Timbreroots are an indie folk band from South Tyrol in northern Italy, led by songwriter Bene and shaped by the region’s Alpine landscape. Their sound blends ambient indie folk, roots rock and Britpop, built on polyphonic vocals and fingerstyle guitar. They won the Sonx competition in 2021 and 2025 and have performed at the Rock im Ring festival.
