¿Cómo presento una contranotificación DMCA?

Si Unchained Music te avisa que uno de tus lanzamientos recibió una solicitud de baja o un reclamo por DMCA y crees que ese reclamo no es válido, tienes el derecho legal de presentar una contranotificación DMCA (también llamada contrarreclamo) bajo la ley de derechos de autor de Estados Unidos.

Ese proceso te permite impugnar la baja y, si compruebas que el material es tuyo, lograr que lo repongan.

⚠️ Léelo antes de presentarla

• Esto es una escalada legal. Presentar una contranotificación DMCA indica que estás en posición de defender tu titularidad en tribunales si te la disputan.
• Tienes que ser el titular de los derechos (o su representante autorizado) para presentarla.
• Tienes que incluir toda la información requerida; una solicitud incompleta no es válida.
• Preséntala solo si puedes comprobar la titularidad con documentación.

¿Cómo envío una contranotificación DMCA?

1. Manda tu contranotificación por correo
   Escríbele directo a quien hizo el reclamo y pon en copia a Unchained Music en support@unchainedmusic.io.
2. Incluye exactamente el texto y la información de abajo

¿Qué pasa después?

• Cuando quien hizo el reclamo recibe tu contranotificación, tiene 10 días hábiles para demandarte y avisarle a Unchained Music.
• Si no responde en ese plazo, tu contenido queda listo para que lo repongan.
• Ten en cuenta que no todos los DSP siguen los procedimientos DMCA de la misma forma, pero presentar una contranotificación válida sigue siendo lo más recomendable para proteger tus derechos.
